Lately I have been smoking cigarettes again. Unfortunately I regularly starting picking up the bad habit due to a way to curb my appetite and possibly lose some weight. But it didn’t work and all I ended up with was an addiction to cigarettes again!
So, at the moment I am trying to quit using caping as my tool. Today is my second day without a cigarette and I feel as though I am doing better. The first day I was very tired and a little cranky but it subsided and today I feel a lot better.
I am using 6 milligrams of e-juice and using my trusty Drag, Voopoo, big-box, e-cigarette. I plan on doing this for at least 2 weeks and then possibly moving down to a 3 mg. But we will see. The longer I can stay off the cigarettes the better. And that is my goal now.
