Heck yes. This is a controversial question and I will try to answer it to the best of my ability. I will try to find credible sources and explain as best as possible, without having a P.H.D., the effects that vaping has on the body in my future blogs. This is an important question for me to answer and will effect my decision on my own vaping experiences.
Your blog is so interesting! This topic rarely gets talked about in conversations typically because people don’t really know too much about vaping. But it’s good because it promotes the quitting of smoking cigarettes. Nice entries! 🙂

Hey! You opened your private thoughts and I thank you for that. I hope that your blog will influence others to switch. Any addiction is a hard thing to overcome. You should proud of what you have accomplished thus far (and not so hard on yourself). Have you mapped out a plan for the next step in your health journey? My sister in law (45 years old) died in September. She was a smoker and otherwise healthy and she had a heart attack. I don’t understand the connection between smoking and heart disease but we are certain that it contributed to her early death. We think of her every day and wish things were different, that she was still here with us. I wish that she would have taken extreme measures early in her life to drop smoking. You know we all use crutches. We all struggle with anxiety and we manage that in different ways. You should reach out for help from a doctor to discover other ways to manage emotional stress. It is so complex. There are so many tools. It is a matter of finding what works for you. Keep writing!

My next step in my health journey is to lower my nicotine levels down to zero on the vaping products that I use. But luckily vaping has not been proven to lead to any long term health effects like lung cancer or heart disease. I do go to the gym and find that going to the sauna and steam room also really lowers my stress levels as well as I do yoga to reduce stress, and it seems to help. But anyway thank you for your reply and your concern. I have talked to my doctor and I was surprised to find out when he said that vaping was much more healthier than smoking cigarettes. That’s when I chose to make the switch over 4 years ago. But I wish you luck and best wishes on health journey as well.

I agree that Vaping is better than smoking, inc. ‘the herb’. Smoking apparently creates tar & carcinogens, which cant be good for your lungs.

I look forward to finding out more about the pros and cons of vaping and, particularly, the effects it has on the body. The topic of your blog is very interesting and one not heard about too often.Getting the perspective of someone who has gone through the process of ending cigarette smoking to only vaping, and reading your comments of how much better you feel about doing it is inspirational. I know someone who has been smoking most of her life and who wants to quit but is unable to do so. I will point her in the direction of your blog with the hope that it will provide her with strength in her battle with cigarettes. I’m glad you have found my blog useful. And congratulations on your quitting smoking and vaping instead. I truly believe it is the healthier alternative. As there are 4k chemicals in cigarettes and only 4 in eliquid. I hope to write more on the pros and cons of vaping. Maybe that will be my next topic. Thank you for the idea.
